Criteria Salesman
Until now I never showed what was known by the salesman what I know. How in this world one can look at others and decide that he would buy a house? I have been working in me for years and still have no idea how a person looks like that and I challenge the buyer if there is portray how a person looks like the buyer.
The same negative thoughts on duty outside salesman. They spend most of their time to drive past the prospective customer and they are not trying to get out of the car to meet prospective customers. They spend half the time to think about why people do not want to buy it and do not need any presentation.
Then, when a salesman that collects a spirit to give a sales presentation, they are filled with doubt and fear. I can not stand being around people who behave negatively and I do not think that the prospect will feel the same. After all, who needs to convince people who do not like that gray cloud that could bring? What would you do if someone like that come to your home or office? I will reject it like the plague.

My business is to sell the house, I do not want to listen to the other salesmen grumbled all day long. But I can not stand to hear them so.
