Study: 78% of Latin American SMEs lose business opportunities due to lack of IT solutions

Mexico City. A study by the research unit of Winnercorp revealed that 78% of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Latin America lost one or more business opportunities for their existing applications do not have the resources or flexibility to meet the standards required by the modern market.

During the investigation, which was developed between August and December last year, we worked on a sample of 210 cases of SMBs across Latin America and belong to different types of industries with complex production processes, logistics, finance and HR management. According to the study, 67% of respondents said they do not have a tool that is flexible to respond to business changes, as well as giving shows that 32% of SMEs to adapt their IT solution requires more money results that could generate new business opportunities.
